To process and deliver orders we collect the information necessary for fulfillment: buyer name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, order details and, where applicable, email. When you buy through a marketplace such as Amazon Japan, we receive the order information that the marketplace provides for that transaction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising or profiling.
We share personal information only as needed to fulfill your order: with delivery carriers in Japan (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express) to deliver your parcel, and with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) that hosts and processes data on our behalf. We do not share personal information with any other third parties except where required by law.
We keep buyer personal information only as long as needed to fulfill and support the order and to meet legal obligations. Buyer personal data used for shipping is redacted from active order records approximately 30 days after shipment; non-personal order records may be retained for accounting.
We protect personal data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and secret management. See our Data Protection & Security statement for details.
